Take out experience didn't not make my day at lunch - Shrimp imperial was forgetable/there was like 5 shrimp and sauce was boring - hot & sour soup size are mini - spring roll was greasy and lacking stuffing - small rice was not even included - all that for $22.95 - not impressed,won't take out again. Ingredients were fresh and dishes not overkilled with salt like most chinese restaurant in Ottawa. Service was fast and professional - would probably try dining in instead.

I found the service very friendly and the food was great. I will go back and try out the dim sum. Over all it was enjoyed.

We live in the Cumberland village and Mandarin is the place we'll drive out for very good Asian food. Always the best and never disappoints!

Nice Thai food. We tried the Thai Dinner special and the dishes taste very well! There is a dim sum menu but we were too full to try. Will go again next week to figure out.

Good chinese with a wide variety. Their dim sum is good as well. Yangtze would be my first choice in Ottawa and then Mandarin.

Me and my wife went in for dinner. We ordered one of the combination platters. The food was mediocre. The service was quite sub par. They constantly messed up our orders, they never came and refilled our drinks, and they quickly gave us the bill when we were only half done our meal as if to rush us out. We also saw the owner being rude to another couple. We are recurring customers but after experiencing bad service the past few times we will not be attending any more.

Well I saw Norm and Roger leaving the restaurant together, I wonder where they went.

The food is great. The service is poor. You are rushed in and feel just like a number. I suggest takeout to get around that.

Try the Dim Sum, you will not be disappointed.

This is not a Thai restaurant! This is a glorified Chinese restaurant! There were 3 of us that ordered take out and we were all very disappointed in the food and the price was outrageous. Sad to say that the Thai food in the mall food court was way better than this place.

I had Dim Sum here for the first time this last week and I can't wait to go back. The food was so delicious! Service was a little unfriendly from one of the servers, but don't be put off by that.

I had a meal here for the first time on the evening of March 30, 2010, with a group of friends. The service and the food was great! I'd go again, for sure :0)

I love the Mandarin Ogilvie. Their Thai T2 soup (hot and sour shrimp with lemongrass and coconut milk) is to die for! It is a meal in itself.
